Effective September 5, 2026. These terms govern your use of CustomerLedger, operated by Haygood Ideas, Inc., a Florida corporation ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the service you agree to them.
A customer record and consent ledger.
CustomerLedger stores one record per person across the businesses or AI agents you connect to it, with every fact tied to where it came from and every consent kept in the customer's own words. Depending on your plan it includes an import wizard, searchable call and message records, a hosted front end for your own team, an API key, and additional client tenants with a file-level wall between them.
Four tiers, priced on contacts and connected agents, never on seats.

Subscriptions bill monthly in advance. There is no contract and no minimum term. Service is month to month and you may cancel at any time. Every paid tier carries a 30-day money-back guarantee and no setup fee. Ledger Free is a plan, not a trial — we do not offer a free trial of the paid tiers.
One email, effective at period end.
Cancel by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. If you also run one of our AHAI or AI Exec plans that bundles CustomerLedger, cancelling the bundle cancels the bundled tier with it, prorated by our payment processor.
We hold it. We do not own it.
The records in your ledger belong to you and, where applicable, to the customers they describe. We do not claim ownership of anything you or your connected agents write into it. You can export your records at any time through the product, and in full on request if you cancel.
Three things we ask of you.
- Give us accurate account information so billing and support work.
- Have a lawful basis to collect, store and contact the people you put in CustomerLedger — the consent tooling here helps you keep evidence of that, it does not substitute for having it.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, or to build a record on someone who has not dealt with your business.
We don't guarantee outcomes we don't control.
The service depends on infrastructure, connectivity and third-party providers we do not control, including any AI voice or chat provider you connect to it yourself. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we do not guarantee any specific business outcome from using the records we store.
Capped, and never for indirect loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.
We'll tell you before anything material changes.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give you notice by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
Florida, no conflict-of-law reach.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
